C1995 Scribbles Hot Pink
Scribbles, like Hills and Valleys, is from the Patternista Collection by Paula Nadelstern and function as stripes automatically sliding the eye from here to there, forming visual pathways that instill an element of motion. Laid out with obviously recurring elements, they provide symmetry and morroring but are versatile forms that can be used randomly to great effect.

The repeat is 8 1/4" with 4 across the width. At first we didn't understand how it was symmetrical or mirrored, but once we realized if we drew a line through the top of any arch we could see infinite ways to cut it. It is exciting to visualize the results. In the Benartex Free pattern by Benedicte Caneill, Dancing Sribbles it is used effective in rectangles (Kit Available).

Embellish your way to a beautiful object brimming with sparkle and ready to display using a simple, non-sewing technique. It's stress-free, it's satisfying, it's creative, it's fun. Have a party. That is what Paula Nadelstern did when these were made. She bought lots of beads and then invited her creative friends over for a great time.

Any panel from any of Paula's collection will work with this pattern. They are similar in size and style and will work wonderfully for this project. You will need to provide the beads, styrofoam balls, pins and enthusiam. To see the panels from some of our collections that they're still in stock - Wonderlust, More Is More, and Chromazone too!
